FIELD ENGINEER – UDUPI
We are looking for a dynamic and energetic field engineer to develop our broadband infrastructure, install and commission our routers, switches and other network equipment. He/she would be closely working with our field team to trouble shoot and develop our fiber-optic backbone.
NETWORK ENGINEER (NETWORK OPERATIONS CENTER) – UDUPI
We are looking for an intelligent and hard-working diploma or full time engineer with basic understanding of Linux, Internet Protocols and Networking concepts. He/she will closely work with our Chief Technology Officer for installation and configuration of network applications, configuration of network equipment and on developing technological intellectual property for the company.
CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE – UDUPI
We are looking for a well-spoken executive to lead our customer care team. He/she would be closely working with our customers to take in technical support and new connection requests. The ideal candidate should be able to speak English, Hindi and Kannada. Our 1 week rigorous training program will ensure that the executive is able to handle the customer and resolve problems quickly.
SALES EXECUTIVE – UDUPI
We are looking for an energetic executive to lead our sales effort by reaching the right customers. The ideal candidate should be able to speak Hindi, Kannada and English and would be responsible for driving sales in Udupi and Manipal. With a1 week training in sales, the executive will be able to reach customers efficiently and convert them into long term users of our service.
